Number of affordable and available rental homes per 100 extremely low income (ELI) renter households. Extremely low income refers to households with income at or below the poverty guideline or at 30% of Area Median Income, whichever is higher.
Long-Term Objective
The long-term objective for this indicator is a value of 100, indicating all extremely low income renter households can find and afford housing.
